This program is intended to allow for rapid access of documents off of one or more CD’s.

In order to get to the documents, you need to press the ‘Open Folder’ icon on the toolbar

This will expose a dropdown search box that will allow you to enter criteria to search by.

The criteria that can be entered is Product Code, Product Name and Document Language. These three search criteria operate jointly, that is, that results will be displayed for documents that match ALL of the criteria entered.

Product Code and Product Name search for documents by looking for matches that start with the criteria entered. So if ‘P’ is entered in the Product Code field, all documents that start with ‘P’ will be returned. If ‘P’ is entered in the Product Code Field and ‘P’ is entered in the Product Name field, only those documents that pertain to products that start with ‘P’ and the Product Codes that start with ‘P’ will be returned. Searches are not case sensitive - ‘A’ and ‘a’ are equivalent.

To start the search, press the ‘Search Now’ link. This will return all of the documents that match the criteria you entered.

Press the ‘Clear Results’ link erases the search criteria and search results, preparing the screen for a fresh search.

Press the View Document link (or double-click on the document record in the grid below) to bring the document to the screen.
