Overview

This CD is provided as a service to our customers to provide access to current Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for our products. This is a supplement to our automatic distribution system which sends an MSDS to each customer the first time they purchase a product and again after any changes to the MSDS occur. The MSDS are typically mailed, but if you prefer to receive them electronically either by fax or email please contact Customer Technical Service (CTS) at 1-800-558-2332. MSDSs are also available 24 hours a day on our website at http://msds.johnsondiversey.com or by calling CTS during normal business hours.

 

Installation

The first time you use this CD you must run the installation program by selecting “first Time Install” then “Click here to Install CD Viewer Components. This will open the installation wizard. Simply follow directions and select “Ignore” if any file in use messages appear during the installation.

 

Using the CD

After installation you will be returned to the JDI CD Viewer screen. Select “Already Installed” then “Click here to view the CDViewer”. This will open the MSDS search screen where you can search for an MSDS by MSDS ID, product SKU or product name. For additional help using the search function, click on the “?” in the toolbar of the search screen.
