HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
At Brady, our main focus continues to be the health and safety of our employees and customers. On May 19, 2020, Brady Industries announced a reopening plan for its distribution centers, which was based on the recommendations of the The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state governments.
This plan proposes a partial reopening in May and expanding the re-opening in early to mid-June.
Some safeguards Brady has implemented in connection with reopening are:
6 ft. physical distancing will be in place, with floor guides serving as reminders in public areas
Hand sanitizer dispensers at key areas
Occupancy limited to 50% in public areas
Employees must wash (or sanitize) hands after high risk activities(e.g. sneezing, cleaning, etc.)
Daily temperature checks for all employees prior to starting shift
Mandatory masks and gloves for all employees working in public areas
Interior doors propped open where appropriate
Install plastic partitions at recall counters
Disinfect retail counters after each transaction
Continue offering curbside service for retail customers
Increase signage on personal hygiene and physical distancing
Continue Work From Home program
Virtual employee meetings where applicable
Non-essential visitors restricted from Brady facilities
Require employees who feel sick to stay home
Restrict non-essential travel
